The Center provides a healing space for those experiencing a loss, complicated grief or other grief experience. Center staff recognizes that loss can take many forms and at times, people struggle to integrate this experience as they move forward. Our team of professionals provides individual and group therapy to help adults, children, teens, couples and families in their journeys.
Whether the loss is ambiguous, related to a death or is compounded with a traumatic experience, our therapists provide a safe, client-centered and transformative experience. Therapy often involves aspects of self –care, creating ritual and finding meaning. At the Center for Grief, Loss and Transition we value the clients we serve, their stories and providing a space in which healing can occur.
Our commitment to grief and loss goes beyond providing therapy services. The Center staff is trained to provide expertise in the areas of Community Crisis Response and Professional Workshops and Trainings.
