Karen is a licensed psychologist with over 13 years of clinical experience. At the Center, Karen provides therapy for adults, families, adolescents and groups. She has experience working with people with depression, anxiety and PTSD. She has a special interest in Mind/Body medicine and promoting resilience.

Prior to joining the Center, Karen worked in a community-based mental health clinic in a program focusing on intensive family therapy for families with a child at risk of out of home placement.
In this capacity she provided in-home, in-community and in-office therapy, she ran expressive therapy groups, designed trainings, and led retreats. In this work, she witnessed the power of grief in our daily lives as well as the tenacity and resilience of our spirits.
Karen is a member of Minnesota Women's Psychologists, and the Minnesota Psychological Association. She also is a volunteer therapist and supervisor at Walk-In Counseling Center in Minneapolis. She enjoys skiing, hiking, gardening, reading and spending time with her family.
The Center is staffed by experienced pros with specialized education and training in the most current methods.

Tom is a marriage and family therapist at the Center with a special focus on trauma. He is also a clinical supervisor, consultant, writer, trainer and critical incident de-briefer. (more)
Sarah provides therapy to individuals, families, groups and children. She has worked in school settings and with young mothers, teenagers and children. (more)
Katie worked with individuals in a college setting for ten years before becoming licensed in Marriage and Family Therapy. She also taught developmental education, career development and study skills courses to young adults at the college level. (more)
