Lee Erickson is a member of the professional staff here at the Center for Grief, Loss and Transition. He provides therapy for adults, children and adolescents and co-facilitates both the spouse loss and the parent loss therapy groups.

Lee became interested in grief and loss after the unexpected death of his brother and in his late thirties, went back to school to pursue a master's degree, which he successfully completed.
"I had so many great people in my life that gave me great support after my brother died. I knew then that I wanted to do something to help people who were struggling with complicated grief issues," said Erickson.
Lee previously worked in advertising, marketing and communications and was a recruiter for a staffing company. He has lived on both coasts but landed back in Minnesota to continue his education. Lee holds a Master's Degree in Counseling and Psychology from St. Mary's University of Minnesota.
The Center is staffed by experienced pros with specialized education and training in the most current methods.

Tom is a marriage and family therapist at the Center with a special focus on trauma. He is also a clinical supervisor, consultant, writer, trainer and critical incident de-briefer. (more)
Sarah provides therapy to individuals, families, groups and children. She has worked in school settings and with young mothers, teenagers and children. (more)
Katie worked with individuals in a college setting for ten years before becoming licensed in Marriage and Family Therapy. She also taught developmental education, career development and study skills courses to young adults at the college level. (more)
