Brighter Days Grief Center

Brighter Days Grief Center offers a range of supportive services to grieving adults, children, and families, including many free grief-focused support groups, facilitated by trained therapists.  Brighter Days also partners with the Eluna Network to bring Camp Erin, a grief camp for children, to our community two times each year.

 

Survivor Resources

Survivor Resources offers free weekly support groups for those who have lost a loved one to homicide, suicide, accident, or overdose. Survivor Resources groups are available in person and virtually and are led by peer facilitators who have experienced the same type of loss.

 

Star Legacy Foundation

Star Legacy Foundation offers free, virtual support groups for those who have experienced the loss of a stillborn baby or infant. Support groups are free, open, and led by a trained mental health professional or a peer facilitator with a similar loss experience.

 

Gilda’s Club

Gilda’s Club offers a range of support services to individuals and families who have been impacted by cancer.  Support groups are available for those living with cancer, family members and caregivers of someone with cancer, and those grieving the death of a loved one to cancer.  Support groups are free, closed, and facilitated by trained mental health professionals.  

 

She Climbs Mountains

She Climbs Mountains offers a range of supportive services for women age 19+ who have lost a mother.

 

Girls Rise Up

Girls Rise Up offers a range of supportive services for girls ages 8-18 who have lost a mother, including mentorship programming and social events.

 

MS Society Teen Support Group

PPThe MS Society hosts a virtual support group for teenagers (14-19 yo) who have a parent or close loved one with MS. This group runs the 3rd Tuesday of each month, beginning March 19th, 7-8pm (CST).

 

 

Pregnancy and Postpartum Support MN (PPSM)

 

PPSM offers free phone screening and access to resources in support of those who have experienced a loss of any kind during or post pregnancy.
